Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
The majority of our products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- There is a printing or production error
If any of these apply, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@topstep.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer
- Items marked as ‘final sale’
We do not require physical returns for most verified issues, helping us reduce waste and unnecessary shipping.
Exceptions for Hard Goods
Certain non-made-to-order items (e.g., mugs, glasses, bottles) may be eligible for return or exchange if unused and in original packaging.
Please reach out to our support team before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds

Lost or Stolen Packages
Topstep is not responsible for packages marked as ‘Delivered’ by the carrier. If your order seems lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.
